We welcome all forms of Feedback – positive or negative. We encourage you to communicate any issues to our staff. This can be done via face-to-face, phone, written (physical), or written (digital). We have forms available at our front desk with a locked box for your use. Feedback may also be faxed to our fax number. Your anonymity is respected, and we ensure that any feedback does not alter your care at our practice. Feedback will be reviewed by the principal at the practice on a regular basis and may be discussed accordingly within the team. You may be contacted for further discussion if contact information is made available to us by yourself when providing the feedback.
