1st OF AUGUST 2023 WE WILL BE A MIXED BILLING PRACTICE

Due to rising costs and stagnation of Medicare rebates, we will transition to a Mixed Billing practice as of the 1^st of Aug 2023.

 

Patients aged below 16 years old and those entitled to concessions will continue to have “no gap” consults during normal business hours throughout Monday to Friday. If you are eligible for these rebates, please speak to our friendly staff to update your details.

Non concession holder consults, as well as all patients seen throughout Saturday and Sunday, will be privately billed.

 

Private billing means a payment is due following the end of your consultation. Medicare will then directly deposit your Medicare insurance rebate to your nominated electronic account within 24-48 hours. This rebate is determined by Medicare and may vary slightly from person to person. Please refer to our fee schedule for a full list or look for signage within the clinic for approximate out of pocket gaps.
