New Phone/Video Conference Options for Consults

Dear Valued Patient,

Due to the drastic developments in COVID19, we are now able to offer our patients the option of phone or video conferencing consultations in place of face-to-face consultations. This is to help facilitate social distancing, minimizing exposure to yourself as well as the general population, and ultimately facilitate in ‘flattening the curve’.

More specifically, this means that you can now have:

1. A medical consult whilst at home,
2. Appropriate documentation e.g. sick certificates/test requests sent directly to your email/post,
3. Prescriptions faxed to your pharmacy of choice, or, have the Priceline The Grove Pharmacy dispense the medication and sent to your home WITH NO DELIVERY FEES.

When booking for an appointment, please indicate whether you would like a phone or video consultation and provide either your email or Skype ID (for Skype video calls), or phone number (for Whatsapp video calls or voice calls).

All phone/virtual consults are encrypted end-to-end, and all information obtained is confidential and adheres the strict Royal Australian College of General Practice (RACGP) privacy guidelines.
